Container for paint, varnish and ink
Our metal IBC containers have been specially designed to meet the requirements of the coating industry. We guarantee, through controls at every stage from design to manufacture, quality containers to secure the transport and storage of paints, varnishes and inks.
We use a stainless steel INOX 304L/ 316L/ 316TI which makes it resistant to corrosion. In addition, our containers are easy to clean.
All our standard metal containers are studied and designed by our team according to current international regulations Our containers are approved UN which involves test batteries such as resistance tests (drop, crush, hydraulic pressure at 2 bars, vibration tests, deformation etc.).
Our range of shuttle containers for coatings is available in two versions:
A version for powders (powder paint, granules, polymers, powders, etc.)
A version for liquids (liquid paint, varnish, inks, hardeners, etc.)
All our standard models dedicated to powders and liquid products are completely configurable.

STANDARD FEATURES: GRV FOR LIQUID COATING
The grv liquid container also has a capacity of 500 to 3000 litres. This paint/varnish or ink storage container offers a galvanized steel or stainless steel base construction, according to your needs. We offer many possibilities for customizing the container so that it adapts perfectly to your specifications and the constraints of your sector of activity.
The standard features of the liquid coating IBC are as follows:
- Capacity of 500 to 3000 litres
- Stainless steel body construction (304L/316L)
- Galvanized steel or stainless steel base construction (304L/316L)

- Maximum density 1.45
- Maximum allowable pressure at 50°C (per 4.1.1.10 ADR/IMDG)
- Drain system by butterfly ball valve or other. (Ø from 1’’ to 3’’)

The grv powder container for coating has a capacity of 300 to 3200 litres. This stainless steel container for painting has a body construction that can also be made of steel or aluminum according to your needs
The standard features of the powder IBC are as follows:
- Capacity from 300 to 3200 litres
- Body construction in steel (S235/S355), painted steel, stainless steel (304L/316L/316TI) or aluminium (5754/6081T6)
- Base construction in galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum

- Maximum allowable pressure at 50°C (per 4.1.1.10 ADR/IMDG)

CLEANING CONTAINERS PAINT FOR AUTOMOBILE
We have a high precision washing workshop for cleaning and maintenance of paint containers. Our workshop is a silicone-free zone, so we can guarantee our customers (primarily those involved in automotive paints) containers that are contaminant free and ready to use.
Our washing expertise goes back more than 20 years, so we have acquired the necessary skills not only to provide 100% traceability throughout the washing process, but also to perform high-pressure washing (25 μm dust test).
