We have a high-precisionย container washing workshopย to guarantee impeccable cleaning. Our washing expertise goes back more than 20 years, so we have acquired the necessary skills not only to provide 100% traceability throughout the washing process, but also to perform high-pressure washing (25ย ฮผm dust test).
Our quality approach forย the cleaning of your metal containerย is illustrated by the renewal of our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
We now perform final cleaning and quality control in a dust-controlled suite to guarantee an environment with minimal dust levels. With our new particle counter, we can accurately measure the size and quantity of residual dust in each container, enabling us to objectively guarantee a dust level below 25ย ฮผm.

A specific procedure
Metal container maintenance
Our workshop is a silicone-free zone, so we can guarantee our customers (primarily those involved in automotive paints) containers that are contaminant free and ready to use. Access to this area of the company dedicated toย container maintenanceย is restricted; everything going in (containers, spare parts) has to be decontaminated first. Our employees follow special procedures and wear specific equipment (anti-static overalls and guaranteed silicone-free equipment) to preserve this silicone-free zone. We perform systematic cratering tests by sampling spare parts intended for our customersโ containers to ensure they are fully-compatible with automotive paints.
Our recent investments in production resources enable us to keep up with evolutions in our customersโ volume requirements and their more rigorous specifications (short-term target: 10ย ฮผm).

An eco-responsible approach to
Container maintenance
We have been supporting industry professionals in an eco-responsible approach to container maintenance. We are reducing the environmental impact of our activity by reprocessing our wastewater on site (site governed by prefectural bylaws) and by neutralizing the fumes from our baths using a washing tower. We regenerate the solvent used for cleaning our containers for recycling.
Finally, we recondition our customersโ containers to maximize their service life and minimize their environmental impact.

We pay particular attention to compliance with standards. We can assure extremely high-quality washing andย servicing of your metal containers. We provide full traceability of the metal containers that we have serviced and washed for ten years (ten years archiving).
We protect our customersโ data in compliance with the GDPR. Last, we have a zero-tolerance policy with regard to personal protective equipment, to ensure the safety of all.
Manufacturer and washer
Container maintenance accredited by the French Ministry of Transport
We are accredited to perform final and periodic inspections on metal containers. Periodic inspections are performed every two and a half and five years, to ensure safety during the transport of dangerous goods.
By virtue of our dual business role (manufacturer and washer), we are also accredited to recondition all brands of metal containers.
