PN/GP container with hatch
NCS has been assisting manufacturers since 1976 in the development of their powder container installation project. Among the models of IBC containers, you can find the cubic container NCS-PN or GP. It offers many possibilities of protection and storage of your powders and solid bulk (powder).
The PN or GP container is characterized by residue-free emptying, ease of cleaning and optimization of storage space.

The cubic container NCS-PN (Normal Slope) or GP (Great Slope) for powder is available in a variety of materials:

The NCS-PN cubic container has a 320 to 3,000 litre useful capacity. Our engineering design office can offer custom useful capacities to store your solid bulk products safely.
Our cubic container has many features suitable for different sectors:
- Self-supporting design
- Discharge through rectangular hatch with a 230 x 556 or 230 x 400 section
- Inner access via manhole (DN 400 or DN460)
- Wide range of seals (silicone, Viton, EPDM, PTFE)
- Fixed or removable handling base with lugs on four sides, available in 304L and 316L stainless steel, and painted or galvanized steel
- Stacking corners/lifting lugs
Various closure alternatives are available depending on your needs:
- Flat cover with bolt clamp or lever clamp
- Hinged cover with six swing bolts
